Q. How long will it take for my jewelry to arrive?
A. Each and every piece is custom made especially for you. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. If you need your order sooner, please contact us by phone 323.484.3845 or by email and we will be happy to try to accommodate your needs.
Q. What are your shipping policies?
A. All orders are insured and shipped through UPS or USPS. Shipping rates are dependent on location, value of goods and type of shipping (from ground to overnight).
Q. Do I have to pay sales tax?
A. All sales placed within CA are subject to a sales tax. This appears during checkout. There is no sales tax for out-of-state sales.

A. As a boutique jewelry company, each and every order is made specifically to order. Because of this, at this time, we do not accept returns.

A. Our metals are sourced from refineries that recycle metal.
Q. Where do your diamonds come from?
A. Our diamonds are 100% conflict free. We use either 100% conflict free natural diamonds or lab grown diamonds.
Q. Why does my piece look different than the photo online?
A. Stones are natural materials and will often vary in color, texture and look. No two stones will be exactly alike. Some stones vary more than others. We professionally photographed and edited every single photo in house with the goal that our pieces reflect the real thing as closely as possible, but some variation will occur.

Q. How do I clean my jewelry?
A. We always recommend washing your jewelry with warm soapy water and a very soft bristle brush. You can also take it to a local jeweler to have it professionally cleaned.
